Healthcare providers are constantly faced with the ongoing challenge of making professional career decisions, personal decisions, and lifelong educational decisions. Emergency physicians are fortunate to have a number of resources to guide them through their careers, including but not limited to those associated with ACEP, EMRA, CORD, SAEM, and AAEM. However, The PEMA Group strives to incorporate and make readily available all aspects of career development on a local level specifically targeting its very own team members and their needs.
The PEMA Group has developed and launched its own physician career development campaigns, including but not limited to The PEMA Leadership Academy, and PEMA Board of Directors Boot Camp as a direct response to the career development needs of its providers.
